In order to modify a parenting plan, a parent must follow Montana’s statute governing the Amendment of Parenting Plans – M.C.A. Under Montana law, a parenting plan can be modified anytime both parents agree to the amendment. Includes information on legal and court issues, preparing and supporting children and youth, interjurisdictional placements, postpermanency services, and special issues in achieving permanency for older youth, children from minority groups, and children with disabilities.

The Montana Family Foundation (MFF) advocates for the traditional family in Montana through education, lobbying, and limited political activity.
